Exchanges or Returns by Mail
Patagonia Halifax is pleased to offer an exchange/return policy as follows.
If you are not satisfied with any of our products at the time you receive them, you can return the items within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days we will issue a store credit or exchange only.
All returns/exchanges must have proof of purchase and be in saleable condition. Products must be returned without stains, scuffs, tears or, smells and, have not been washed or worn. Tags must be attached and not damaged.
Online Return Process:
To send your item(s) back to Patagonia Halifax please contact our online customer service department by email service@PatagoniaHalifax.ca to obtain return authorization and a free pre-paid return shipping label. Please attach the prepaid Return to Sender label to the outside of the box. You can then drop your parcel off at your local Canada Post or purolator. Once we receive your parcel, we will process the return.
For any billing needs, we will contact you via email or phone using the information provided. Please include your invoice, receipt or any other form that shows the value of items to ensure you are credited correctly. Any item without receipt or proof of purchase will be credited at the last sale price in the form of a gift card. We are unable to refund credit card purchases beyond 30 days after the original purchase date. If the original purchase was paid for by credit card, and returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, Patagonia Halifax will credit the card for the returned item(s) upon receipt.
Exchanges by Mail
If you would like to exchange your product for another size while it is still in stock, simply create a new order on our website and process a return for your original purchase by contacting customer service at service@PatagoniaHalifax.ca .
Once we receive the returned size, we will refund your credit card. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your monthly statement.
Items Returned for Repair
To send your item(s) back to Patagonia Halifax please contact our online customer service department by email: firstname.lastname@example.org and please include a complete description of the problem, with photos, so the appropriate repair is properly completed and you can obtain a return authorization.
Garments returned for repair must be clean: please wash the garment before mailing it or charge(s) will apply.
Please be sure to ship the item with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance to:

Please note that Priority Mail is not an expedited service. In addition to shipping times please allow 4-6 weeks for repair completion.
